A wonderful collection of saucy film promotional campaign books featuring some great celebrities are for sale. The campaign books for sale includes Under the Doctor 1976, The Ups and Down of a Handyman 1976, and Adventures of a Private Eye 1977.


The Under the Doctor promotional campaign book, published by Alpha Films, is from the 1976 film starring Barry Evans (1943 – 1997) who starred in the hit UK television series Doctor In The House and Doctor At Large; Liz Fraser (1930 – 2018) the beautiful actress from the Carry On films; and others. The Under the Doctor campaign book measures 8¼ x 11¾ inches (approximately), has 4-pages full of photographs, and is in Very Good condition with slight surface loss to the front cover, otherwise an extremely clean and attractive campaign book.


The Ups and Downs of a Handyman is the campaign book published by Rebel Films to promote the 1976 saucy film starring Barry Stokes (1948 -), Sue Lloyd (1939 – 2011), Bob Todd (1921 – 1992) and others. This large campaign book measures 10 x 14¾ inches (approximately), having 4-pages, and is in Good condition with surface losses to the front cover and creases.


The Adventures of a Private Eye is a promotional campaign book that was published by Alpha Films for the 1977 saucy film. The Adventures of a Private Eye has a star-studded cast that includes Harry H. Corbett OBE (1925 – 1982), who starred in the iconic TV series Steptoe and Son; Jon Pertwee (1919 – 1996) who starred in 129 episodes of Doctor Who; Ian Lavender (1946 - ) a great actor who famously starred in the great TV sitcom Dad’s Army; Diana Dors (1931 – 1984) a blonde bombshell beautiful actress; and others. The campaign book is packed with colour photographs and is in Very Good condition being complete but with creases.
