Condition of the Binding:

 

This stunning example of Charles Dickens The Mystery of Edwin Drood has a brown cloth binding with a leather spine and leather corners to the front board and back board. The binding is in Very Good condition with wear to the cloth and the leather corners, and with rubbing to the surface of the leather spine.

 

 

Condition of the Pages:

 

This wonderful edition of Charles Dickens The Mystery of Edwin Drood has 190 numbered pages, all edges marbled, with two pages of advertisements to the end of the book. The endpapers to the front and rear of the book have an attractive marble pattern.

     

    The pages are in overall Very Good condition with light foxing throughout and an old corner crease to page 163 and 164 that has since been straightened. The pages of Charles Dickens The Mystery of Edwin Drood is exceptionally clean and attractive.
