The School Girl’s Stories Annual measures 11.25 x 8.75 inches (approximate) with the front board bearing an illustration of a young girl with her horse.  

 

The original binding is in Very Good condition with light dust marks to the front board and back board, corner knocks, edge wear, light fading to the spine, slight knocks to the top and bottom of the spine.

 

The School Girl’s Stories Annual has 127 numbered pages packed with children’s short stories that are wonderfully illustrated by Louis Wain and other children’s book artists. The Title Page is beautifully illustrated, and the Contents Page lists the children’s short stories and puzzles and includes: Louis Wain How I Draw My Cats, Louis Wain How Animals Study Their Appearance, and Studies of Cats From Louis Wain’s Sketch Book

 

The pages are in overall Very Good condition with light spotting throughout.
